Yard & board

Use the most specific name you have — company, branch, or city.

Boards without photo evidence are fine — describe the board clearly (class, components, batch) so others can compare.

A link to the quote sheet, the email, or even the yard's website page that shows the rate. Public links only — assume anyone can read them.

Pricing

Use “Other” when the quote priced against a mixed lot or a per-board flat rate.

Each row is denormalized — we don't FX-convert at submission time.

Weight (optional)

The metal weight the quote priced against — leaves a clean per-gram basis if other submitters fill the same field in.
